From January to June in 2023, the export of goods reached 42.38 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.86%, ranking first in the city and eighth in the province in terms of growth rate; Actual utilization of foreign investment reached 134 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 114.5%. The pilot experience of 10 free trade pilot zones, including the Shaoxing Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the Paojiang Economic Development Zone, and the Shaoxing High tech Zone, as well as the integrated circuit and biopharmaceutical industry platforms covering an area of tens of thousands of acres and billions of yuan, and the "intelligent checkpoint inspection and release", has been piloted and implemented in the comprehensive bonded zone.
Introduce three major international express delivery companies, DHL, FedEx, and Ubisoft, to establish branches in Yuecheng, encourage Xikaiyi to build 5000 square meters of overseas warehouses, open more than 10 international dedicated lines, and actively participate in the establishment of end of line networks and other overseas integrated services.
Carry out investment promotion for rural talents, buildings, and platforms, sign 75 major projects with a total investment of over 150 billion yuan, introduce 4 foreign investment projects, and contract foreign investment of 160 million US dollars. Focusing on strengthening the headquarters internally and building external bases, we have cultivated enterprises such as Jinggong Heavy Steel, Xilinmen, and Zhende Medical to carry out global layout.
Vigorously developing cross-border e-commerce import and export business, improving the overseas warehousing system of cross-border e-commerce, adding 135 new cross-border e-commerce application enterprises, and registering 1154 users on the online comprehensive service platform. Build the first regional industrial belt online promotion platform in the city, with 200 key enterprises settled in.
We carried out a series of actions called "Hundred Regiments and Thousand Enterprises" and "Cross border Trade" activities, organized more than 760 enterprises to participate in 22 domestic and foreign exhibitions, and seized over 385 million US dollars in intended orders.
Signed strategic agreements with domestic and foreign professional exhibition organizers such as the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the China Clothing Association, and the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce to open up channels for enterprises to participate in exhibitions.

Seven open economy policy lectures were held in collaboration with the Zhejiang Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, towns, streets, and industrial parks.
